James Akinseloyin: Deputy Manager

James Olorunwa Akinseloyin bagged a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the prestigious University of Lagos in 2003. He holds a Certificate in Public Relations from the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and a Certificate in German Language from Goethe Instut – the German Cultural Centre in 2001.

After completing the mandatory National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) in 2005, he joined Polcom Nigeria Limited – a Lagos based Political Communications firm as a Research / Media Relations Officer

He left Polcom in December, 2006 for M2 Magazine as a Staff Writer covering the Information Technology beat from where he was seconded to Marketing Mix, a sister organisation to M2 as a member of the content development team. He is currently a Client Service Manager.

An articulate and thorough bred professional, James has worked successfully on so many projects in his capacity as a project manager. He handles the Ekiti State Government projects on behalf of the company. Some of these projects include the 2nd Ekiti Economic Summit, Launch of National Women Coalition Against AIDS (NAWOCA) in Ekiti State by First Lady, Hajia Turai Yar’ Adua, and the formal commissioning of Fajuyi Park in Ado Ekiti.

James has also worked on various MTN brand portfolios ranging from XtraCool to Xtra Connect, Xtra Pro etc. He worked on Crown Realty Plc’s Account. He coordinated the commissioning of the ultra modern Ajah Police Station.

James is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and Global Marketing Network (GMN). He has attended several seminars and symposia.
