Nike Okunade, Head Human Resources

A graduate of Agriculture from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Nike Okunade has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Masters in Guidance and Counseling from University of Lagos.

She is also a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Coming from an undisputable diligent and result oriented work history , Nike gained series of accolades as the Pioneer Project Coordinator and subsequently, Head Human Resources and Administration of Maranatha Educational Services Limited. During which time she was able to reduce staff turnover by 65% and increase employees’ productivity by 32% in her first working year, as Head, Human Resources.

A very passionate and people centered person, Nike derives the greatest pleasure in mediating between the management and staff of whichever organization she represents, creating a very good work life balance in the establishment.
